Expressions

Begin here, by first defining the conditions that will be used to display conditionally formatted outputs.

Example: When attribute is less than zero - show red badge, anything greater than zero - show green badge.

IMPORTANT! You do not have any badge styles to select yet, create the conditions here then come back once you have created the badge styles.

Rolled Up Aggregation

In order to sum up or count all instances of your attribute, per filter box, you must create the functions here. They can then used in either your formatters or badge styles.

Example: Add up all project costs and display them per site (the filter boxes in this context).

Formatter

If you would like to format how you display your attribute, do so here.

Example: Round to nearest million, add dollar sign prefix and millions suffix.

IMPORTANT! If you want to format a sum or count of your attribute, do that in 2. Aggregation and come back.

Badge Styles

For each condition, you will need to specify a badge style. You can create those here. Make sure if you want a formatted output, or formatted count/sum that you did them in the previous sections in order to use them here.

Copy-paste this result in the render function of the attribute you want to conditionally format. Make sure to select Map Box Properties to Expressions as the type.
